Son of the owner of the famous OLADELE BOOKSHOP Ikirun, an Ila-Orangun Prince and popular books and stationeries merchant who since mid 1960s has been resident in Ikirun, hence, Alh. Isiaka was born and had his elementary and secondary education in the town.

He had his tertiary education in the Polytechnic Iree, University of Ibadan, Federal Polytechnic, Nassarawa state and Ahmadu Bello university Zaria where he bagged diplomas and degrees up to Masters Level. These aside a number of Professional certificates and Awards as a certified Builder.

The late Hajia Serifat Ajala worked with Oladele Construction Company and was the pioneer professional staff of the company.

Builder Oladele is a humanitarian and Dawah strategist whose name in the record of Abuja Muslim Forum cannot be bypassed.

A complete family man in tune with the tenets of Islam and blessed with children. His hobbies include: travelling and making new friends. He is well travelled having visited many countries in  Africa, Asia, Europe and South America. He is a recipient of several awards, happily married and blessed.
